Solomon’s session at Winter 2011 American Association for Justice Convention part of Advocacy Track
Columbia, SC – Carl L. Solomon presented a session titled Injuries Without Evidence: Proving Fault and Damages in the Connective Tissue Case at the Winter 2011 American Association for Justice (AAJ) convention held in Miami February 5-9, 2011.
“The AAJ offers numerous educational opportunities to its members,” says Solomon, Founder of the Solomon Law Group based in Columbia, SC. “The session I taught with Dr. Peter Schosheim was part of a track on proving your client’s injuries in connective tissue, whiplash, and slip and fall cases. We hope that attendees walked away with a better understanding of ways to advocate on behalf of their clients in soft tissue and similar types of injury cases.” The American Association for Justice and its members work to ensure those injured by the misconduct or negligence of others are able to find justice through the Courts.
