In the year 2015, Newberry County reported a total of 301 automobile collisions resulting in 465 people suffering injuries. On August 1, 2017, Uber expanded its services to Newberry County. Residents may consider utilizing ride-sharing companies such as Uber and Lyft, if they plan on consuming alcohol.
