Solomon Law Group and Grace Christian Church assist Family Shelter

Columbia, SC – On June 10, Carl L. Solomon and employees of the Solomon Law Group joined with the Teen Ministry of Grace Christian Church (www.gccosc.org) to provide dinner, fellowship and spiritual inspiration for the families of the Family Shelter (www.columbiafamilyshelter.org). Solomon Law Group provided and prepared the meal that was served by the Teen Ministry of Grace and later led everyone in songs and prayer. Solomon Law Group presented a lesson on saving for the children in the shelter and gifted them with piggy banks to get them started.

“This service project allowed us to do something good for several families and get the Teen Ministry engaged in community service,” says Carl L. Solomon. “I am mindful that it is not only our duty to serve but also train the next generation of South Carolina’s citizens.”

Solomon is known for his involvement in several high profile cases in Carolina, including jointly representing several of the families of the “Charleston 9” fallen firefighters, Olvera v. Columbia, SC – Carl L. Solomon served on the faculty of the American Association of Justice (“AAJ”) Deposition College from June 7 – 9, 2012. AAJ describes the College as “the most focused depositions seminar or training nationally available.” The College focused on deposition skills including Boxing In, Exhaustion, Restating” and Summarizing.

“Teaching other attorneys litigation techniques to increase their skill level, benefits their clients, my clients and myself,” says Carl L. American Bar Association 2011 meetings in Atlanta bring together state Bar members

Columbia, SC – Carl L. Solomon recently attended the National Conference of Bar Presidents (NCBP) and meetings with the Southern Conference of Bar Presidents at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2011 Mid-Year Conference held in Atlanta February 9-15.

Solomon’s session at Winter 2011 American Association for Justice Convention part of Advocacy Track

Columbia, SC – Carl L. Solomon presented a session titled Injuries Without Evidence: Proving Fault and Damages in the Connective Tissue Case at the Winter 2011 American Association for Justice (AAJ) convention held in Miami February 5-9, 2011.

“The AAJ offers numerous educational opportunities to its members,” says Solomon, Founder of the Solomon Law Group based in Columbia, SC. “The session I taught with Dr. Peter Schosheim was part of a track on proving your client’s injuries in connective tissue, whiplash, and slip and fall cases.
