DaQuan was born and raised in Camden, South Carolina where he attended and graduated from Camden High School. DaQuan’s passion for the law developed at a young age. Since he was a teenager, he knew he wanted to be a lawyer, and he knew he wanted to use the law as a tool to help his community.

During law school, he was a member of The American Constitution Society, The Black Law Student’s Association, and The Moot Court Team. Throughout law school, he occupied various leadership positions within these organizations. Each leadership position he held helped to hone his skills as an advocate, a community servant, and as a catalyst for social justice.

Aside from working hard as an attorney, DaQuan enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, hiking, and nature photography. He also is a loyal Gamecock Sports fan and regularly attends sporting events.
