Columbia, SC – Carl L. Solomon served on the faculty of the American Association of Justice (“AAJ”) Deposition College from June 7 – 9, 2012. AAJ describes the College as “the most focused depositions seminar or training nationally available.” The College focused on deposition skills including Boxing In, Exhaustion, Restating” and Summarizing.
“Teaching other attorneys litigation techniques to increase their skill level, benefits their clients, my clients and myself,” says Carl L. Solomon. “In a time when companies go to great lengths to avoid their responsibilities, we must continue to improve the techniques available to show juries the truth.”
